Job Description
Job Duties:
- Oversee operations of the kitchen and delivery crew.
- Receive Customer's orders over the phones, internet & over the counter.
- Prepare & cook customer's orders in accordance with Domino's procedures and standards.
- Kitchen maintenance. e.g., cleaning/maintaining cleanliness, stocking & rotating product, proofing dough, etc.
- Administrative duties. e.g., inventory, food ordering, scheduling, running computer reports, entering operations evaluations, handling customer concerns, closing and opening the store plus addition clerical and tasks, etc.
Requirements:
- Must have a positive attitude and a good work ethic.
- Must have attention for detail & food quality.
- Must have good customer service skills.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds with good mobility.
- Must be able to cooperate well on a team.
- Must have basic math and computer skills.
- Must Consent to a background check.
- Mustbe able to stand for entire shift,
Details:
- No education restrictions.
- 1 year Food Service Management required.
- Serve Safe preferred.
- Starting Wage will be based on experience and skill level ($16-18+).

Summary
In the role of Assistant Manager-(MIT), you will help oversee daily operations while ensuring exceptional food service and hospitality management. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will utilize your core skills in staff training and team management to develop a high-performing team. Your skills in inventory control and POS systems will enhance operational efficiency. You will have a focus on customer service and communication, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This position is ideal for individuals eager to grow in the food service industry, with only moderate experience required.
