Job Description
Domino's Pizza in Arnold, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading our staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction
- Assist in managing inventory, controlling costs, and optimizing store performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving sales and operational efficiency
- Train and mentor new team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee cash management and daily financial reporting
- Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business needs
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Participate in hands-on food preparation and delivery operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
- Strong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and computer skills for inventory management and reporting
- Problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in handling various situations
- Food safety knowledge (preferred)
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
