Job Description

Domino's Pizza in Arnold, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading our staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Assist in managing inventory, controlling costs, and optimizing store performance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving sales and operational efficiency
  • Train and mentor new team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Oversee cash management and daily financial reporting
  • Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in hands-on food preparation and delivery operations as needed

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience 
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
  • Strong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math and computer skills for inventory management and reporting
  • Problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in handling various situations
  • Food safety knowledge (preferred)
  • Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
