Job Description

$50,000-$80,000 year range with salary and bonuses

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations at 10 Church Street in Elko New Market, United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving growth in this vibrant community.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize profitability and operational efficiency
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth and expansion
  • Manage budgets and control expenses to meet financial targets
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using business management software and point-of-sale systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of local market conditions and community dynamics in Elko New Market is a plus
