- Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas and other menu items according to company standards
- Process cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness standards
- Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (but not required)
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus
