Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally
  • Cash handling experience or ability to learn quickly
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
  • Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Food preparation experience is a plus, but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
