- Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
- Process cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the overall success of the store
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Capability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally
- Cash handling experience or ability to learn quickly
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Food preparation experience is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
