Job Description
Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 11240 Manchester Rd location in St Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards in our fast-paced environment.
- Lead and motivate a team of pizza makers, delivery drivers, and customer service representatives
- Ensure excellent customer experiences by maintaining high standards of food quality and service
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling
- Assist in training and developing team members to meet company standards and goals
- Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Support the General Manager in achieving store performance targets
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store efficiency and profitability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with other managers to share best practices and improve overall store performance
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Strong leadership skills and a desire to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills for inventory management and reporting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience in food service or retail management (preferred)
- Familiarity with the St Louis area and local food preferences (beneficial)
- Team management experience (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to Domino's brand standards and values
