Job Description

Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 11240 Manchester Rd location in St Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards in our fast-paced environment.

  • Lead and motivate a team of pizza makers, delivery drivers, and customer service representatives
  • Ensure excellent customer experiences by maintaining high standards of food quality and service
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling
  • Assist in training and developing team members to meet company standards and goals
  • Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Support the General Manager in achieving store performance targets
  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store efficiency and profitability
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with other managers to share best practices and improve overall store performance

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
  • Strong leadership skills and a desire to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and computer skills for inventory management and reporting
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous experience in food service or retail management (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the St Louis area and local food preferences (beneficial)
  • Team management experience (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Commitment to Domino's brand standards and values
