Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Mascoutah, United States location. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Take accurate food orders and input them into our ordering system
- Process cash and card transactions efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Assist in pizza preparation as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously during busy periods
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Adhere to all company policies and food safety regulations
Qualifications
- Excellent phone communication and customer service skills
- Ability to take accurate orders and handle cash transactions
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Strong multitasking abilities and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
