Job Description
Domino's Pizza is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team at our Arden Hills location (3551 Lexington Ave N). As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and quality control
- Implement and maintain food safety standards and operational procedures
- Analyze sales data and financial reports to optimize restaurant performance
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Oversee inventory management and cost control measures
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff members to build a skilled and motivated team
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive community relations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and local laws
- Collaborate with upper management to implement new initiatives and achieve organizational goals
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in restaurant management, preferably in the fast food industry
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
- Proficiency in inventory management, food cost control, and labor scheduling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Financial acumen and experience in budget management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business management or related field is a plus
- Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) is preferred
