- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our computer system
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company protocols
- Computer literacy and familiarity with order processing systems
- Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Stress management skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we provide training!
