Job Description

Domino's Pizza in Fenton, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading our staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our fast-paced environment.

  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high product quality standards
  • Assist in managing inventory, controlling costs, and optimizing restaurant performance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently
  • Support the store manager in staff scheduling, training, and development
  • Oversee cash management and daily financial reporting
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and local community engagement efforts
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist in implementing new procedures and promotions to drive sales and improve efficiency
  • Step in to perform various roles within the restaurant as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a hands-on approach

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
  • Strong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and computer proficiency
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food safety knowledge and certification (preferred)
  • Previous experience in restaurant management, retail, or customer service (preferred)
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering great customer experiences
