Job Description
$50,000-$80,000 year range with salary and bonuses
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused General Manager to join our team at our location in Monticello, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.
- Manage and lead the store team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Manage store finances, including budgeting, cost control, and cash handling procedures
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning optimally
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a management role within the food service industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in operating restaurant equipment and POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications and data analysis
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred
