Team Springfield Pie (SPI) is a family-owned Domino’s franchise serving Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, Wilbraham, and Ludlow. Founded in 1999 by Springfield residents Gus and Sabrina Garcia—who started as Domino’s delivery drivers—SPI is built on opportunity, hard work, and giving back to the community.

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle with valid registration and insurance
(Insurance must be in your name or list you as a driver)
• Social Security Card - eligible to work in the U.S.
• Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills
• Basic math skills (counting change)
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stay active during shifts
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced team environment

Availability

• Flexible schedules available
• Positions require nights and weekends
• Some weekend flexibility may be discussed during the interview
