Job Description
We're looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Springfield location (544 W Jefferson St). As the face of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while managing various aspects of our pizza restaurant operations.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and take customer orders accurately
- Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to company standards
- Process cash and card transactions efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously during busy periods
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in taking phone orders and handling customer inquiries
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
- Team player with a willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
- Attention to detail in food preparation and order accuracy
- Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Stress management abilities to maintain composure during busy periods
- Food handling experience is a plus, but not required (training will be provided)
