Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Crew Member at our Lubbock, United States location! We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to contribute to our fast-paced and customer-focused environment. As a Crew Member, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

  • Operate various equipment efficiently and safely
  • Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers
  • Prepare products according to company standards and recipes
  • Receive and process customer orders accurately, both in-person and over the phone
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility through daily cleaning routines
  • Conduct inventory counts and complete associated paperwork
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals
  • Adhere to food safety guidelines and quality control standards
  • Assist in additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Must be {AGE} years of age or older
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately
  • Proficiency in making correct monetary change
  • Computer literacy, with the ability to enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen
  • Excellent motor coordination and dexterity
  • Near and mid-range vision capabilities
  • Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
  • Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Team player mentality and willingness to collaborate with others
  • Basic food safety knowledge
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • Attention to detail in following recipes, procedures, and quality standards
