Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team in Roberts, WI. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our team.
- Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve organizational goals
- Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to team members
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
- Assist in inventory management and cost control measures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment
- Assist in scheduling and staff management
- Participate in employee training and development initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise
- Support the implementation of new technologies and processes
Qualifications
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in employee development and coaching
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting relevant technology and software
- Basic financial management knowledge, including cost control and budgeting
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Team player with a collaborative approach to work
- Must be {18} years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business or related field is a plus
