Job Description

Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 6963 Olive Blvd location in University City, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business success.

  • Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and maintaining high standards
  • Assist in training and developing team members to meet company standards and goals
  • Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records
  • Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store performance targets
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and local community engagement efforts
  • Assist in maintaining store appearance and cleanliness standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if {AGE} or older
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
  • Strong leadership skills and desire to lead people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
  • Basic math and computer proficiency
  • Food safety knowledge and commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Customer service experience, preferably in the food service industry
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
