To help your team of Domino's store managers cook up success, build their dream teams, and watch their careers rise like perfectly baked crust!

Dough-lightful District Manager Duties:

• Be the big cheese! Communicate our company's goals and Domino's standards to your team with pizzazz
• Knead a great team! Hire, train, and develop General Managers and Assistant Managers, creating a talent buffet for future growth
• Serve up hands-on leadership & mentoring, creating a work environment as warm and inviting as a fresh-from-the-oven pizza
• Master the art of financial flavor! Manage P&Ls, set budgets, and keep multiple locations financially delicious
• Achieve business goals by expertly tossing together people management, product quality/safety, guest service, and facility maintenance – it's like creating the perfect pizza topping combination!
• Be the budget ninja! Coach store-level management on cost control faster than we can deliver a hot pizza
• Put on your pepperoni-patterned thinking cap to spot trends and cook up action plans that'll make store sales and profits sizzle
• Become the local Domino's superhero! Network with community leaders, participate in events, and keep an eye on the competition (no cape required, but encouraged)
• Spread the "customer-first" culture like sauce on a pizza base, ensuring your team delivers a five-star experience every time
• Provide feedback that's as constructive as our build-your-own pizza option, helping managers resolve issues with speed and professionalism
• Conduct store visits that are more impactful than our stuffed crust – observe, evaluate, and enhance the guest experience, food safety, and profitability
• Create a work environment that's as enjoyable as our Cinna Twist – promote mutual respect, listen to feedback, and resolve issues fairly

Use our continuous improvement system to make your on-site time more productive than a double-cheese Tuesday! Lead through communication that's clearer than our pizza tracker, whether you're on-site, emailing, or chatting in person. Create the buy-in needed for your team to execute your game plan and deliver results that are hotter than our oven-baked sandwiches. We're looking for leaders who can guide their team to victory in the four key areas: people, operations, sales, and profits. Are you ready to take a bite out of this delicious opportunity?

Are you ready to top our team with your cheesy skills? Here's what we're looking for in our next pizza maestro:

• A slice of higher education: Bachelor's degree preferred (but we won't get crusty if you don't have one)
• A 2+ year flavor profile in Domino's or a similar pizza paradise
• 3+ years of juggling multiple QSR locations like a pro pizza spinner
• Communication skills so hot, they could melt mozzarella (including public speaking that's more engaging than our garlic crust)
• Organization skills sharper than our pizza cutters
• The ability to plan and run meetings that are anything but stale
• A track record of working independently and delivering results faster than our Pizza Turnaroud
• A valid driver's license (because even district managers need to make a special delivery now and then)
• Tech-savvy enough to navigate MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook like you're customizing a pizza online
• A background check cleaner than our kitchen counters
• Eligible to work in the USA (no fake pepperoni allowed)
• Currently calling Northeast Ohio your home slice
• Flexibility to work and travel to any market in our pizza empire

• Earn from $60,000 - $112,000 (Including Salary and Bonus)
• Responsible for anywhere between 5-8 stores (may vary)
• Period Bonuses 
• Additional one-time bonuses available
• Company car or Vehicle Reimbursement
• Paid Time Off
• Health, Dental, and Vision after 30 days
• IRA with company match after one year
