Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations at 409 Main Ave S in Fayetteville, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business, ensuring operational excellence, and driving growth in our local market.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service delivery
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through effective coaching and performance management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5-7 years of management experience in a similar industry, with a proven track record of successful business operations

  • Excellent financial management and budgeting capabilities
