Customer Service Representative (CSR)

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Domino’s, you’ll be the friendly face and voice that connects our customers to our delicious food. Whether taking orders, making pizzas, or ensuring our customers are happy, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the Domino’s experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, take face-to-face orders, and handle cash transactions.
• Prepare and assemble pizzas with precision and care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all orders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Age Requirement: Must be 16 years or older.
• Transportation: Reliable means of getting to and from work.
• Personality: Friendly demeanor with a great smile and positive attitude.
• Communication Skills: Clear and articulate speaking voice; excellent teamwork and multitasking abilities.
• Math Skills: Basic math proficiency for cash handling.
• Flexibility: Willing to work evenings, weekends, and various shifts.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation.
• Tech Skills: Basic computer knowledge for order entry.
• Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn and follow food safety and preparation procedures.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
