The CSR’s duties include but are not
limited to:


-Greeting the customer on the phone and
at the counter


-Order entry using a company specific
Point of Sale system


-Accurately labeling boxes


-Maintaining a clean and orderly work
area


-Customer complaint resolution using
company trained strategies


-Production of product including
learning recipes and end bake preparations


-Stocking product using the first in
first out method


-Cash handling including the ability to count
change back
