Job Title: Lead Salesforce Product Analyst

Job Description:

The Domino’s Technology team is looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Product Owner to build, define, and drive an expanding product roadmap. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business partners, leaders, and Business Technology teams to enhance the customer journey, providing Domino’s stores, supply chain centers and corporate ops/support with a cohesive experience. You will be responsible for leading big-rock Salesforce-related projects at Domino’s, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of our Salesforce solutions. You’ll be taking point on multiple strategic programs and projects; providing direct value to nearly every business area within Domino’s. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Salesforce projects, including Service Cloud, B2B Commerce Cloud, NetZero Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce functionalities.
  • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular customer/stakeholder conversations to ensure Domino’s technology is positioned to best support the enterprise as needs grow/expand.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce processes and configurations.
  • Train and support end-users, to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce tools.
  • Act as conduit to Salesforce Development & Support team – triaging, prioritizing and tracking business requests – feeding clear requirements to the teams to build and test effectively
  • Monitor and analyze system adoption/utilization/performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Analyst or similar role.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, B2B Commerce Cloud, NetZero Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
