Job Description

Snowball Pizza Inc dba Domino’s Pizza has twenty locations and is growing across Orange and Osceola counties and is looking for Area Supervisors / District Managers with restaurant leadership experience to oversee territories within the franchises. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities and Duties:

·       Develop and achieve Operating Plan

o   Ensure each store is meeting operating plan by regularly reviewing financial reports and results

o   Communicate with each GM on weekly sales and profit numbers

o   Identify under-performing stores in district and develop plan of action

o   Ensure all local store marketing and national promotions are communicated to team and maximized

o   Develop a strategy to hit all sales goals

 

·       Build sales to meet company goals

o   Create and develop strategies for increasing sales

o   Focus on the following responsibilities which have an impact on meeting sales goals

§  Facilitate and develop relationships with local communities and businesses

§  Be aware of all local activities near stores – such as school schedules, festivals, etc. and communicate to stores

 

·       Support General Managers, Managers and Team Members

o   Ensure all personnel and stores have appropriate tools to operate business

o   Build a top performing team of Managers and hourly team members through recruiting, training, and development for each store

o   Provide constant coaching and feedback when in stores

o   Actively listen to staff through conducting performance appraisals and provide appropriate follow-up

o   Be accessible during all hours of operations

o   Lead difficult conversations, manage performance, and resolve potential conflicts among Managers and / or Team Members in confidential manner

o   Ensure all Manager and Team schedules are written to optimize business needs and in a timely manner

o   Hold General Managers accountable for performance

 

·       Maintain effective communication at all times

o   Identify what is important to Franchisee and present clear and relevant messages in a timely manner

o   Attend weekly General Manager / Manager meetings

o   Lead the roll-out of national promotions for district

o   Address all problems / issues in a timely manner and identify opportunities for improvement

o   Build positive relationship with district and create a fun atmosphere

 

·       Ensure District stores are properly staffed and team is trained

o   Coordinate with Director of Operations / Franchisee / HR to strategize on staffing and turnover issues

o   Enforce the use of interview and selection tools

o   Ensure area is appropriately staffed with Managers and Team Members

o   Uphold integrity of training systems

o   Develop and enforce systems that drive training process

 

·       Administration

o   Provide weekly numbers to management and produce standard reports. Conduct additional analysis as necessary

o   Administer wage and benefits to district and ensure proper completion of HR forms. Includes verification of period bonuses

 

·       Uphold policies and standards

o   Ensure adherence to all Domino’s standards

o   Ensure use of tools given to monitor standards such as self OER’s

o   Provide a harassment free work environment and follow all Human Resource policies

o   Appropriately handle all disciplinary actions in a consistent manner

o   Ensure product quality standards are followed at all times

 

·       Ensure area provides excellent customer service

o   Develop and drive strategies to achieve company service goals – DOT; Load Times, etc

o   Ensure district responds to customer complaints in a quick and positive manner

 

·       Ensure Safety and Security standards

o   Maintain in-depth knowledge of all safety and security standards

o   Oversee communication with other stores when safely / security issues arise

o   Enforce policies and provide appropriate actions as necessary

Additional Information

Compensation:

This is a salaried position, with benefits, and is bonus eligible.  Competitive rate, based upon experience, educational background, and the interview process. Position is direct hire, full-time and benefits eligible.
