Job Description

Lead the Analytics & Insights team based in Singapore that partner with leadership of the Domino’s brand across Asia and Middle East markets.  This position will have high visibility to Master Franchisee C-suite and expected to drive significant direct impact via direct Analytics and Insights consulting and cross-market transversal projects and tools.  The team will also collaborate closely with Domino’s business leaders and functional center of excellence experts to drive strategic change for the Domino’s brand worldwide.

 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work directly with senior leadership and cross functional business partners within Domino’s International and our master franchisee organizations to identify and implement sales growth strategies
  • Drive adoption and integration of insights and advanced analytics across the Domino’s organization, including guiding our master franchisees on how to best build their internal analytics and insights teams
  • Educate the master franchisees to make disciplined decisions based on analytics and research
  • Partner with markets on key topics such as market segmentation, pricing research and analytics, test design, media mix modeling, owned and paid digital media, and product development research
  • Prioritize projects within and across markets to focus the team on areas that will drive Domino’s growth
  • Partner with international business consulting, marketing, technology, supply chain, operations and development teams to identify opportunities and set priorities for Domino’s international markets
  • Lead Analytics and Insights knowledge and best practice sharing between markets, including but not limited to driving the agenda for Global Analytics and Insights Council and Special Topic groups
  • Form trusted relationships with master franchisees Head of Analytics & Insights and C-suites, as well as with regional research and analytics agencies
  • Hire, lead and develop direct report(s) – functional- & soft-skills
  • Create a team spirit of excitement and positive motivation and act as a role model of integrity, ownership and collaboration

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Market Research, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or other related field, Masters or MBA strongly preferred
  • Minimum 8-10 years professional experience in a top tier strategy consultancy (at least project leader or engagement manager level) or in a high growth food service or packaged goods business
  • Proven track record of leading high-performance teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including C-suite presentation ability
  • Ability to lead change and gain consensus among various groups (selling and persuasion skills)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain influential relationships
  • Experience working in the Asia Pacific region, experience in the Middle East and/or Africa would be a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
