Job Description

Customer Service Representatives ( CSR )
Will greet customers both in person and over the phone and have full menu knowledge and assist the customer in completing their order accurately on a point of sale computer system and completing the transaction at the store or over the phone.
CSR should have excellent people skills and help create a friendly atmosphere for the customers and the staff.
CSR will be expected to accurately make change for transactions and complete all electronic payment procedures.
CSR's will be expected to preform all functions of the operating system including but not limited to:
greeting customers
taking and completing orders
keeping a well maintained and stocked work area
assiting in preperation of food and other menu products.
practice cleanliness and santitation procedures
be able to preform in a busy and fast paced working envoronment
CSR's must be able to work evenings and weekends.
