Job Description

This person is responsible for building and sustaining a high-quality, diverse cultural pipeline of candidates for store hourly and management opportunities at Domino's corporate-owned stores in our Baltimore area Market. Our field Talent Attraction Specialist will partner with General Managers, HR Generalists, and Regional Managers to establish a recruitment plan and identify top talent. 

Manage the candidate pipeline for Professional delivery drivers, customer service represents, and Assistant Store Managers

·       Continuously build and sustain high quality, diverse culture pipeline of candidates for store team member opportunities

·       Proactively utilize effective sourcing strategies to foster relationships with organizations for future events and opportunities

·       Consult with General Managers and Managers of Corporate Operations to establish a recruitment action plan, ensuring service level agreement is agreed upon and communicated

·       Recruitment Marketing Execution through the plan, creating and executing database marketing, email, social media (FB/Twit/etc.) outreach to influence applicant flow

·       Develop and manage grassroots field events with underrepresented groups and partners

·       Collaborates with Specialist – Digital Talent Attraction to build a social media & digital marketing strategy

·       Network and build partnerships with the appropriate talent communities (job boards, schools, alumni associations, local or national associations, etc.) to attract qualified candidates

·       Work diligently to meet all recruitment metrics, including time to present, time to interview, time to fill, candidate/hiring team leader satisfaction (including team member and management surveys), diversity

·       Provide weekly updates on staffing numbers at weekly MCO meetings

·       Actively participate in Business Reviews

·       Represent DPZ by participating in various recruitment efforts

 TA Project management

·       Provide support to TA Manager to manage projects

Training store management on staffing responsibilities

·       Provide training to General Managers on recruiting and applicant management systems



  • Knowledge of Maryland Market, candidate and competitive landscape
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 2 years of PR, Paid Media, Talent attraction experience 
  • Knowledge of SmartRecruiters a plus
  • Project Management
  • People connector + customer service skills (internal and external)
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude
  • Must be able to contribute in a team environment yet still function independently
  • Must be able to easily commute to stores and Regional office in Maryland Market
