Job Description

Mission

Define and scale Docplanner’s paid patient acquisition capabilities across markets. This role will own strategy, innovation and performance across paid channels, helping strengthen our marketplace, support doctors and clinics in reaching more people, and unlock new growth opportunities through modern marketing, automation and AI-enabled systems.

Why now

Docplanner has reached a point where investing in world-class patient growth capabilities is a natural next step. With a strong market presence, a growing performance marketing business, and continued investment in new ways to create value across our ecosystem, we see a clear opportunity to build a more sophisticated in-house approach to paid acquisition.

At the same time, AI, automation and marketing technology are rapidly reshaping how high-performing teams operate. We believe this is the right moment to build stronger internal capabilities that combine performance, experimentation, technology and scale — and to set a new standard for how patient growth is driven in our sector.
