Job Description

Through a diverse range of services, we are able to serve different audiences: our marketplace, which allows patients to schedule and evaluate appointments and doctors at any time of the day or night; and our SaaS system (Software as a Service) aimed at optimizing office management, patient flow and online bookings. All this through an internet platform and our iOS/Android apps.

We are looking for a Product Designer for software modernization who will be responsible for creating and improving user interfaces, from research and ideation to final delivery, focusing on usability and user experience. This professional will work on the conception of digital products, prototyping, testing, and iterating solutions, always seeking to enhance the interaction between the user and technology. They will also work in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with developers and Product Managers to ensure product quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the long term product strategy together with product leadership: as part of the responsibilities. We are looking for a designer that can influence our long term plan and not only the quarter's objectives
  • Research and analysis: Conduct user research, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improving the user experience.
  • Conceptualization and ideation: Develop design concepts, create wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces, exploring different solutions.
  • Interface design: Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces, considering visual identity, design patterns, and usability.
  • Prototyping and testing: Develop low and high-fidelity prototypes, test solutions with users, collect feedback, and iterate the design.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, development, and other teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Continuous optimization: Monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to optimize the user experience.

Qualifications

Skills:

  • Product design experience: Knowledge in user research, stakeholder evaluation, UX/UI design, prototyping, and testing.

  • Design tools: Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, among others.

  • Communication: Ability to present ideas, listen to feedback, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Problem-solving: Ability to identify and solve problems creatively and efficiently.

  • Technical knowledge: Understanding of web and mobile development principles.

  • Design culture: Understanding the importance of design culture and its application in product development.

  • Understanding and evaluation of flows and bottleneck identification.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in creating interfaces and digital products.

  • Portfolio demonstrating product design skills.
