Job Description
Reporting to Carlos Elviro, our Global Chief Operating Officer, you will play a key role in driving customer centricity, revenue outcomes and operational excellence across our Brazil market.
This role is centered on optimizing communication, processes and performance across all business functions, growing revenue, improving customer metrics, and driving growth through strategic initiatives. You will align operational performance with evolving business objectives and ensure coordination and success across departments. Based on analytics, you will identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement across both customer lifecycle and product and lead the Brazilian leadership team reporting to you. You will also actively collaborate with cross-functional, global teams (across GTM, Product, etc.), and peers in other markets, to drive product and process enhancements, ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction and retention for Brazil.

Your objectives and mission
- Provide guidance and oversight to the business functions, and enhancing collaboration and operational efficiency.
- Ensure that all operations, from customer-facing teams to back-office functions, are aligned with the company’s evolving business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate the company’s performance, making necessary adjustments to meet shifting market and business demands.
- Manage the integration of initiatives for recent and future acquisitions to align with the company’s core value drivers (especially sales/GTM related).
- Be a visionary leader with a hands-on approach to effectively spearhead operational enhancements and tackle intricate problem-solving challenges.
What you will do:
You will bring deep expertise in at least one of the areas under your responsibility (ideally, Sales/Commercial or Ops), with a strong enthusiasm for exploring and mastering new fields:
- Strategic Leadership: you will be pivotal in translating high-level strategy into actionable business plans and coordinating initiatives across all teams.
- Operational Excellence: establish and optimize processes for all teams and foster an environment conducive to innovation.
- Team Leadership: lead a significant portion of the business team; working closely with the Brazilian leadership team to the business with complete end-to-end responsibility, but co-leading this with the Heads of these areas.
- Functional Understanding: you must have a deep understanding of the functions of these teams and be able to drive their success through effective leadership and strategic guidance.

Qualifications
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Ops, or General Management.
- Proven track record in a senior leadership role within a SaaS, marketplace or other technology-driven company (with a strong SMB focus).
- Extensive experience managing and growing Sales teams, ideally with business responsibility within a global context, and with significant new MRR and MRR expansion component.
Skills:
- Strong strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated success in achieving targets and improving customer engagement metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in using data-driven insights to drive strategic decisions and improve processes.
- Relentless attitude to solving problems and facing challenges (self-driven, independent problem-solver with extreme ownership mentality)
