Job Description
As Team Leader of the Data Importation Department, you will play a crucial role in the company's operations, leading and developing the Data Migration Team. The management role focuses on KPI analysis, and creating tactical and operational plans while constantly seeking improvement and efficiency opportunities. It also involves collecting and analyzing feedback from the major stakeholders (Customer Success, Customer Care, Data Quality) to identify trends and areas for enhancement, always aligning local team practices with global standards.
What you will do in this role:
- Manage and support the professional development of a team of 5 Data Importation Analysts;
- Serve as the main point of contact for both Global & Local Structures regarding data migration;
- Provide support to your team and clients by resolving data-import-related issues and offering assistance through designated communication channels;
- Identify business challenges through data analysis while developing innovative solutions (through script development, for instance) to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team productivity,
- Ensure data security and confidentiality by implementing strict data security practices and policies within the team;
- Contribute to the development of detailed internal documentation related to import processes.
Qualifications
What makes you a strong fit:
- Higher Education in Data Processing or other IT-related fields;
- Excellent English communication skills - there are daily interactions with our global partners;
- Experience leading people - especially Customer Success or IT Support teams;
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills;
- Great analytical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems through data analysis and human relations;
- Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python and R;
- A sense of urgency and ownership to effectively address critical issues in a very fast-paced environment.
