We are looking for a person on our team who will work as the co-owner of our paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta and etc) + analyze and optimize CRM marketing automation systems (HubSpot). This is a %50 performance marketing and %50 lead generation role. You should be active in both parts.

Job Description

You will;

 

  • manage & optimize paid ads campaigns including Meta, Google, and performance marketing activities that would bring qualified leads into Hubspot

  • work on a strategy to scale with Meta and/or other channels and manage the total budget towards paid ads campaigns with a minimum “cost per leads”

  • be responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of all inbound marketing activities, data analysis

  • develop new nurturing inbound strategies to help improve “conversion rate” and drive more “sales qualified leads” from external sources 

  • collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize lead conversion rates in Hubspot

  • be the owner of the email communication and strategic planning & execution

  • lead the quarterly aligned projects for lead generation by participating in project meetings and share/own the results 

Qualifications

If you;

  • have minimum 2 years of performance marketing and/ or customer acquisition CRM experience (if not, passionate to learn and develop)

  • have experience in the use of marketing automation systems (Hubspot, Salesforce and etc) 

  • have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with a problem-solving mindset with setting up dashboards and using the latest analytics tools to track the performance of your initiatives

  • have in-depth knowledge of analytics tools (ie. Google Analytics, Tag manager, Google Data studio, Hotjar, Excel etc)

  • very strong English skills (written and spoken)

  • like A/B testing and have previous experience in performance marketing campaigns (Meta, FB, Tiktok and etc)

  • familiar with Canva and visual creation 

  • are a motivated team player who actively seeks challenging projects and proactively shares experiences and knowledge towards the team’s goals

  • have strong project management skills. Self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward
