You might have heard about us, but with a different name: Doctoralia. It all started 10 years ago, when we asked ourselves: is anyone in healthcare thinking about patients? We jumped in and we empowered patients by giving them access to leave and read reviews about their visit. We then provided doctors with the technology to manage bookings easily and save time, so they could devote themselves to what they always wanted: treating patients. We are leaders in 13 countries so far, and more than 90 million patients trust us every month. And yet, employing over 2.700 people all over the globe, we managed to keep the startup-mindset we started with over 10 years ago.

Our primary objective is to assist business in making decisions based on data, with a particular emphasis on producing global reports as the primary and most reliable source of information. A team of 12 experts provides support to various departments, including marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and people experience, for both short-term and long-term projects. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, we strive to develop reports, analyses, models, and recommendations that enable us to gain a deep understanding of how we can enhance the satisfaction of both doctors and patients.

How would you be impacting our mission?

• Derive facts from data and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support the business with identifying opportunities and making intelligent, data-driven decisions. You will execute end-to-end BI projects and be the main point of contact for the internal stakeholders.
• Use (and develop!) a global database.
• Create, automate and visualize reports and analysis for both top management and local teams (such as Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Customer Experience).
• When you become independent in the role you will have a chance to develop prediction/classification models using Python/R.
• Work with Redshift, Git, Tableau, Airflow daily.
   

What will help you thrive?

• Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights, either in commercial or academic setting (must have).
• Knowledge of Python/R and desire to expand your knowledge.
• Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics.
• Experience in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Experience in leading and executing end to end BI projects.
• Very good level of business English.

• Have a degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics or a related field.
• Are able to take a step back from the technicalities and examine them through a business lens.
