Job Description
The Global Rewards Associate in is a core enabler of the Rewards and Recognition strategy of Docplanner. The role guarantees diligent, relentless execution of the compensation strategy at global level, and contributes to the results, engagement and competitiveness of Docplanner.
You will create value by:
Building and maintaining a global rewards structure which allows leaders and talent acquisition to attract and retain talent at the best return over investment
Preparing, running and owning the Compensation Review process at global level
Owning the internal job grading methodology and process, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness while fully aligning with organizational goals and structures
Contrasting through proper benchmarking processes where Docplanner is positioned in terms of compensation competitiveness
Providing recommendations on specific markets, industries and positions on what adequate compensation looks like
Increasing the level of awareness and education on compensation elements, strategy and processes at Docplanner
Supporting the design, process, and execution of the ESOP (long term incentive plan)
Designing rewards related policies and procedures that will allow the PX team to scale all DPralians to be very self-serving and independent when it comes to Rewards-related topics
Co-owning the rewards infrastructure and data in conjunction with PX Services - coordinating between HRIS and other compensation tools to ensure that the system meets compensation needs and is updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc.
Qualifications
You will display the following skills / meet following requirements:
You have at least 2-3 years of progressive experience in Rewards
You have actively participated in salary benchmarking, building salary references, job grades and have personally led compensation review processes at large scale before
You have experience managing share schemes and ESOPs programs
You are diligent, detail oriented and becomes restless when data is not accurate, you love to solve problems, especially when related to numbers
You are a good communicator with a core ability to simplify complex topics
You understand the technical interactions between different tools (HRIS, compensation tool)
You will be measured by the following KPIs/qualitative metrics:
Meeting the budget and other targets for compensation assigned throughout the year
Metrics on fairness and rewards in our eNPS survey
General attrition and top talent attrition with reasons related to compensation
Metrics of education/understanding of the compensation infrastructure, process and philosophy by DPralians
