This position focuses specifically on our CONNECT product, a pivotal component of Tuotempo. CONNECT serves as a comprehensive hub for digital services, bridging patients, insurance companies, hospitals, and medical service providers. It is designed to streamline processes, making healthcare more efficient and user-friendly for all stakeholders involved.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Product Manager to collaborate in the enhancement of CONNECT. If you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment and have a passion for healthcare innovation, this role is perfect for you!

In the coming months, in both Spain and Italy market, we aim to extend our Connect solution digitalizing the entire process to achieve the following results:

  • Optimize Clinic Operations: Streamline administrative tasks, enabling clinic operators to focus more on patient care.

  • Reduce Patient Waiting Time: Minimize the time patients spend waiting at reception, enhancing their overall experience.

  • Enable Digital Check-In: Provide a seamless, digital check-in process for patients, ensuring a smooth arrival at the clinic.

Our ultimate goal is to make the overall process as humane and easy as possible for all the stakeholders: insurances/funds  hospital/clinics and patients, to book and perform medical services, whether through private health insurances or the national health service.


As a Product Manager, you will:

  • Drive product innovation and evolution by gathering customer requests and providing developers with clear instructions for new features.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to analyze customer needs and integrate our solutions into their infrastructure.
  • Get hands-on with application logs, displaying curiosity and problem-solving skills in identifying errors.
  • Validate proposed solutions with the development team, assess risks, and negotiate compromises.
  • Offer second-level support to internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Project Management) and external clients.
  • Maintain and update documentation for new and existing features.
  • Execute testing or create test plans for developments, whether described by you or others.
  • Prepare operational analyses for new features, including mockups, flow diagrams, and user journeys.
  • Create concise and effective presentations to validate proposed solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Convert process flows into detailed flowcharts.
  • Train internal teams on the product.
  • Leverage synergies across Tuotempo’s modules and products.



  • A bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field).
  • Experience in the full lifecycle of product development, from need analysis to beta testing and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex topics to any audience.
  • Experience analyzing customer requests with the ability to synthesize and abstract information.
  • Strong presentation skills, with a focus on visual and concise communication.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, Italian, and English (able to participate effectively in meetings with internal and external clients).
  • Proactive, focused, and consistent work ethic.


  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager.
  • Experience in organizations operating in the healthcare sector (private facilities, insurance / fund  or national  health authority) 
  • Familiarity with SaaS web applications and third-party integrations.
  • Ability to create basic mockups or diagrams.
  • Additional language skills (Portuguese, Catalan).

Additional Information

Recruitment Process:

  1. Submit previous experience material: we will request you to provide an example of an analysis of a new module stemming from a customer requirement you have worked on in the past two years.
  2. HR Interview: Meet with a member of our HR team to discuss your interests and motivations (1 hour)
  3. Business Case: You will have one week to complete a Business case
  4. Hiring Manager interview: Present your business case to the hiring manager (1,5 hours)
  5. Last interview with the hiring manager and the VP of Product (30 min)
