We are looking for an HR Administration Specialist to support our People Experience teams.

Our mission is to make the process of using medical care more user-friendly, simpler, simply human. We improve the patient experience in contact with doctors, and we support doctors in their day-to-day work in the office.

 

What tasks are waiting for you?

  • As part of HR team, you will support people experience specialists about administration.
  • Pre-onboarding - you will have a huge impact on the experience of our new team members. We want everyone to start working together seamlessly and in a friendly way - it will be your responsibility to enter the data you need to prepare their contracts
  • Internal systems administration - such as OfficeVibe, Sapling , Docplanner University(you don't need to know them - we'll show you all).
  • Keeping new systems in place and maintained - e.g., application.
  • Updating internal documents such as headers, personal data files, salaries etc.
  • Update information in the company structure.
  • Mediate between people experience and finance teams and ensure that information flows smoothly.
  • Support other team members in the care of business benefits.
  • Assist in monitoring the integration budget.

Qualifiche

You're the right person if:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience working in HR, Administration, or Payroll.
  • You value an organized work environment.
  • Accuracy is your middle name.
  • You are very well in MS Office and Google Drive.
  • You are very committed to your duties and value responsibility for a larger area, not just individual tasks.
  • You like to streamline processes to help you achieve your goals, not your daily workload. We want someone who will not only keep up with their current administrative tasks, but also take the initiative to find more optimal solutions.
  • You are communicating in English (min B2 level) without problems
