Which team will you be joining? 

Building a good product starts with hiring amazing people, and that’s where we come in… 

At Docplanner, our Talent Acquisition team isn't just about filling roles; we're integral partners in driving the business forward. We understand that hiring exceptional talent isn't just a task; it's essential for our success. As part of the larger PX Tech team, we work hand in hand with the People Experience Business Partners (PXBP) team to align our hiring efforts with the overarching business goals. 

We are committed to being more than just recruiters; we're business partners in every sense. Our mission is not only to fill positions but to strategically identify, attract, and onboard top talent who will contribute to Docplanner's growth and success. Every hire we make is a step towards achieving our business objectives and making an impact on the healthcare industry.

Being a Talent Acquisition Partner can feel like a solo job sometimes, but not in this team. We work together, helping and learning from each other every day. Everyone in our team is the owner of the whole recruitment process. From helping the hiring managers write the job description, to defining the process, finding the candidates, headhunting, challenging the hiring managers on their decisions, and offering the candidates. We are fully autonomous and that comes with a lot of responsibilities. We wouldn’t want it any other way.

How would you be impacting our mission? 

By being a partner for business

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for tech & product roles.
  • Active sourcing through Boolean searches, industry contacts, LinkedIn recruiter, and headhunting to source candidates.
  • Increasing talent density by improving and tracking the quality of hire. 
  • Coordinate and co-lead interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Proactively anticipate future talent needs and build pools of passive candidates.
  • Manage the company’s presence on social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and talent-related websites.

By being a partner for our Tech teams

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and candidate profiles.
  • Assist in crafting job descriptions and interview questions aligned with company values.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

By being a partner for candidates

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing expectations and providing timely communication.
  • Offer detailed feedback to candidates, even in cases of rejection, to support their growth.
  • Champion diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices.

By being a partner for our team

  • Collaborate with the team to refine talent acquisition practices and processes.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and diversity metrics.
  • Lead and oversee various talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
  • Help members in the team source, interview, or CV screen when someone needs support. 
  • Take care of the team members' processes when they are on holiday/sick

 

    Qualifications

    What will help you thrive?

    Must have’s

    • 2+ years of experience in IT, Product, Design, and Data Talent Acquisition, with a focus and passion for sourcing and headhunting.
    • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for tech & product roles
    • Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
    • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms and Boolean searches.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • You speak and write English fluently.
    • Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

    Nice to have’s

    • Prior experience in employer branding and candidate engagement is preferred.
    • Experience working with Smart Recruiters. 
    • Passion for making a positive impact in the healthcare industry.
    • Growth mindset: nobody ticks all those boxes above, but a willingness to learn is strongly valued here.
