As a business Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects within our organization, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed our project goals and expectations. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop project plans, monitor progress, and communicate updates and feedback to all involved parties. 

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Plan, initiate, lead, and manage projects across multiple teams, stakeholders, and departments,
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations,
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies,
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders, communicating progress and delivering reports on a regular basis ( day-to-day contact on project status and changes),
  • Identify business needs and opportunities and propose project solutions that drive significant business impact,
  • Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to project team members, motivating them to deliver quality work on schedule,
  • Ensure that project meet quality standards,
  • Apply project management methodologies, best practices, and tools to ensure project success.
     

Hybrid work, role based in Warsaw.

Qualifications

  • 4 or more years of project management experience, with a focus on managing business projects,
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to stakeholders,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively,
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills,
  • Advanced Excel skills,
  • Fluency in both Polish and English,
  • Growth mindset: nobody ticks all those boxes above, but willingness to learn is strongly valued here.
