We're looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented person — someone with a high degree of autonomy and broad understanding of business and finance. The individual will create and manage relationships with various internal stakeholders, strive for process improvements, and manage inputs from multiple sources.

Responsibilities:

• Support the revenue process through analysis and reporting of forecasts, actuals, and plans;
• Review and analyze operational and renewal data. Provide insightful variance analysis and recommendations to enable effective decision-making;
• Leverage transactional and other data to identify underlying trends within the business and provide guidance to business leaders;
• Participate in regional process improvement initiatives;
• Demonstrate thought leadership around marketing, sales, and CS data processes and operations;
• Liaise with various internal stakeholders and partners across the organization;
• Performing ad-hoc analysis as required;
• Other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as required, in accordance with changing business needs.

• Advanced English (reading, writing and speaking);
• Experience in tech companies/startups and agile environments;
• Experience with Sales/Customer Success/Maketing Ops;
• Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies.
