Job Description
- Conduct UI/UX Audits : Perform thorough audits of websites, applications, and digital products to identify usability issues, inconsistencies, and potential improvements.
- Ensure Consistency : Review design files and design implementation to ensure consistency in UI, based on existing design systems and libraries— including elements such as typography, buttons, icons, and color schemes to ensure a cohesive brand experience across platforms and surfaces.
- Evaluate user flows, navigation, interface elements, and design patterns to ensure they are intuitive and user-friendly.
- Accessibility Evaluation: Review designs against accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG) to ensure products are usable by individuals with disabilities.
- Collaborate with Design and Development Teams:
- Provide actionable recommendations to the design and development teams based on audit findings.
- Work closely with designers to ensure that the visual elements align with the user experience goals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and details.
- Proficiency in Figma for reviewing and providing feedback on designs.
- Excellent understanding of UX & UI and usability principles, and accessibility guidelines
- Familiarity with Google Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines
- Experience with HTML/CSS/JS, you can evaluate the complexities of implementing designs, understand constraints and communicate efficiently with developers.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. You can argument and convince stakeholders of the reasoning and value of your recommendations.
- Strong organization skills, you can document your findings and recommendations in tools such as JIRA
