Company Description

The Million Roses is seeking an experienced and driven Ecommerce Manager to lead and manage our online sales platforms. The Ecommerce Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the company's digital marketing and ecommerce strategy, managing paid media campaigns, optimizing our Shopify website, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve customer experience. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, have experience in paid advertising (META, TikTok), and be capable of leading ecommerce initiatives that align with both short-term goals and long-term brand strategies.

Job Description

Campaign Strategy & Management:

  • Work closely with the Commercial Director to develop innovative paid and organic campaign strategies across META, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Set up and manage PPC campaigns (META,, TikTok), ensuring proper tracking and optimization.

Ecommerce Platform Optimization:

  • Ensure the Shopify website is optimized for user experience and conversion.
  • Write briefs for landing pages and collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure timely and effective execution.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team and external content agencies to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
  • Work closely with the logistics team integrate customer feedback into marketing and product development decisions.

Promotions & Discount Strategy:

  • Manage seasonal promotions, ensuring alignment with the yearly campaign calendar.
  • Collaborate with the team to set up promotions and manage the discount structure, under the guidance of the Commercial Director.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Monitor daily performance of META campaigns and provide regular updates to the Commercial Director.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure weekly reporting on website performance.
  • Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, and META insights to refine and optimize campaign performance.

CRO & Customer Experience Improvement:

  • Identify areas for improvement in the user journey and conversion rates alongside the Commercial Director  to implementing data-driven optimizations.
  • Project manage Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives and oversee the implementation of user experience improvements on the website.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing ecommerce platforms and digital marketing campaigns, preferably with Shopify.
  • Proven experience in PPC campaign management (META, Google, TikTok).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Shopify, and other performance tracking tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented attitude.
