Job Description
- Establishes and executes new campaigns on ad network platforms, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads
- Monitors account performance and cross-references with proprietary analytics platform, analyzes the results, investigates traffic drops, and uses this data to inform future campaigns
- Creates media plans and financial forecasts, manages budgets accordingly
- Generates comprehensive reports about campaign statistics, conversions, and revenue through proprietary analytics platforms and GA4
- Understands tracking principles and supports implementation via GTM
- Acquires new business partners, handles the existing portfolio considering the main target of Media Buying
- Evaluates new media opportunities, negotiates with media sales companies to obtain the best rates and most appropriate media spaces in online advertising
- Develops and tests new promo tools for various digital products
- Tracks the market for trends and opportunities and uses this information to make recommendations
- Exercises independent thinking and requires very little help, guidance, or corrections from line manager regarding planning, negotiating, and buying
- Mentors junior colleagues or new joiners in their development and ensures a high quality of work before presenting to stakeholders further
- Coordinates with internal departments to conduct projects (e.g. Promo tool Development, Product Development, etc.)
- Takes lead of projects related to the department’s processes. The projects are proactively proposed by the Senior Media Buyer or defined by the line manager. Delivers marketing-related projects from start to finish
- Represents the Company and its Products on conferences and fairs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Online Marketing, Media Buying, and PPC
- Steady knowledge of how to run large-scale performance campaigns
- Experience with at least three of the following is a must: programmatic advertising, ad networks, PPC, social media advertising, SEM, affiliate networks
- Experience and knowledge of SEO is an asset
- Data-driven mindset in reports generation, data analysis, and providing insights from this data (usage of internal tracking tools, GTM, Facebook CAPI, Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker Studio)
- Punctual, organized, and dedicated to managing detailed information to ensure error free work and streamlined communications to partners/management
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once and to manage shifting priorities in daily workload
- Forward thinking: use foresight to anticipate questions, problems, and obstacles
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactivity: identify problems, analyze possible solutions, and decide on best course of action
- Discretion and treating confidential information appropriately is a must
- Strong communication skills: ability to discuss recommendations and explain rationale both verbally and in written documents
- An excellent level of English
