Job Description

You will be the point of contact for our employees and managers, providing support on personnel matters, such as company policies and procedures, employee benefits, payroll, performance, case management, engagement, as well as the associated administration in compliance with the Luxembourgish legislation.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide employee and manager support in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
  • Take responsibility for the planning, coordination, management, consulting and implementation of central HR topics (onboarding and offboarding, policies, personnel development, organizational and team development) in your area of responsibility and identify HR action areas
  • Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Create relevant HR-related reports and statistics: make sure that HR indicators are always up to date and prepare ad-hoc reporting whenever requested by management and/or relevant stakeholders
  • Conduct reporting and analysis on sickness absence, providing insights to inform decision-making and support employee well-being initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of relevant local and international regulation changes pertaining to the employment matter; manage compliance activities related to employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead efforts to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency within HR processes, partnering with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in HR roles, with a focus on business partnership, general HR support and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Ability to think and act independently in a solution-oriented manner
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at all levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Business fluent in English
  • Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of social security and labor law and their application
  • Experience in the analysis of key HR indicators
  • Experience in project and change management
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and act as a change agent
  • Hands-on mentality to tackle day-to-day issues
  • Working knowledge of French is a plus
