Job Description

The Personal Assistant will work directly with György Gattyán, the Founder of Docler Holding.
György Gattyán, the Founder of Docler Holding is looking for a sharp, and experienced professional, who enjoys solving complex problems and is motivated by flawless execution. The ideal candidate understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion, while simultaneously communicates clearly towards all stakeholders.

 

  • Calendar management, schedule appointments and meetings
  • Actively support the coordination of the household staff (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, security, or kitchen service-related personnel)
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and preparation of owned and leased real estates
  • Organize leisure and educational sessions
  • Active support in event organization
  • Document management up to the highest standards
  • Create and prepare presentation materials, minutes of meetings, translations
  • Manage all travel arrangement related assistant duties
  • Coordinate and/or monitor various projects across the globe and the different entities
  • Prepare various analysis and summaries for decision making
  • Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports
  • Being up to date with the company’s products, actively monitoring and testing the websites operated by the company (among others livejasmin.com, oranum.com)
  • Handle any ad hoc request and deliver immediate and out of the box solutions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience required
  • Work experience abroad is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality is preferred and considered as a plus
  • Advanced level English and Hungarian knowledge is a must, French is considered as a plus
  • Open for travel up to 70%, with base in Hungary (30%)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Expert level communication skills with the ability to skillfully adapt the style of communication used to match context and meet the unique needs of the audience
  • Ability to act with integrity and display professional discretion up to the highest standards
  • Demonstration of excellent writing, editing, grammatical, and research skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and display confidence under pressure
  • Ability to find solutions that balance the personal needs of the executive with the needs of the business
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience in working with executives is an advantage
  • Letter of recommendation is required
