Job Description

With Us You Will

  • Kubernetes (K8s) Maintenance: Administer and ensure the reliable operation of Kubernetes clusters.
  • Service Mesh Implementation: Introduce and manage service mesh technologies to enhance microservice communications, observability, and security within the Kubernetes environment.
  • Monitoring and Improvement: Continuously monitor system performance and reliability across all platforms and applications. Implement monitoring solutions that can predict and prevent potential issues before they impact the business. Enhance existing monitoring systems to provide actionable insights.
  • Jenkins Maintenance: Manage and maintain Jenkins for continuous integration (CI) pipelines. Ensure pipelines are efficient, secure, and up-to-date.
  • Automation of Processes: Automate build and quality check processes to streamline development workflows. Develop scripts and tools to reduce manual efforts and errors, improving developer productivity and system reliability.
  • GitOps and ChatOps Workflows: Set up and maintain GitOps workflows for improved version control and deployment practices. Implement ChatOps to facilitate real-time communication and operations through chat platforms, enhancing team collaboration and incident response.
  • PHP Development Experience: Utilize PHP programming skills to support and improve existing applications and workflows. Work closely with development teams to ensure system architecture and applications are optimized and aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

What We Expect From You

 

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in DevOps roles with a proven track record of managing Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
    • Experience with service mesh technologies.
    • Strong background in Jenkins and other CI/CD tools.
    • Expertise in monitoring tools and practices.
    • Knowledge of scripting languages for automation.
    • Experience with GitOps and ChatOps methodologies.
    • Good understanding and practical experience with PHP.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest technologies and practices in DevOps.
