Job Description

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to be responsible for handling our company ongoing and future IT projects. You will be working closely with different IT and Business teams to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. You will be reporting directly to the Lead IT Project Manager and working in Product Development.

  • Organising all project meetings and identifying main stakeholders
  • Establishing project plans, resources, budgets and timeframes
  • Identifying, tracking and communicating progress, milestones, deliverables, risks and possible issues
  • Using Project Management tools to track project performance and schedule
  • Coordinating the project team members activities, following progress and managing dependencies
  • Implementing IT strategies to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
  • Preparing meeting minutes and status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarising relevant information
  • Ensure and maintain a constant flow of information between the project team and Management

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience as IT Project Manager or as a Business Analyst 
  • Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g. agile/scrum)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion, prioritisation and organisation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and Management 
  • Organised professional with fast thinking ability and time management skills
  • Professional English working proficiency
  • A project management certification (eg. PMP, PMI) would be a plus

The position is open for Luxembourg or Budapest.
