Job Description

  • Design and implement onboarding and ever boarding solutions to support employee development journey
  • Create and execute projects focusing on developing soft and functional skills
  • Deliver soft skills training that are part of the culture and development projects
  • Design and implement programs that support employee learning and development initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Coordinate training needs analysis to create relevant and effective training programs
  • Continuously improve onboarding initiatives to ensure efficient orientation and onboarding
  • Coordinate training programs with support of external vendors
  • Measure the impact of learning initiatives on employee performance and experience
  • Work with HR and L&D colleagues to support career development 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Relevant education/certification in HR - L&D
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication skills
  • Passionate about L&D and talent development
  • High standard of attention to detail and well-organized
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in using analytical tools such as Excel on an advanced level
  • Committed and able to work in a busy environment
  • Strong business partner attitude
