Job Description

You will be the point of contact for our employees and managers, providing support on personnel matters, such as company policies and procedures, employee benefits, payroll, performance, case management, engagement, as well as the associated administration in compliance with the Luxembourgish legislation.

  • Act as a trustworthy and proactive sparring partner for managers and employees for all personnel, labor law and HR policy matters
  • Take responsibility for the planning, coordination, management, consulting and implementation of central HR topics (onboarding and offboarding, policies, personnel development, organizational and team development) in your area of responsibility and identify HR action areas
  • Create relevant HR-related reports and statistics: make sure that HR indicators are always up to date and prepare ad-hoc reporting whenever requested by management and/or relevant stakeholders
  • Encourage a data-driven mindset across the team, support the implementation of HR KPIs to enhance efficiency and innovation
  • Explore new avenues when optimizing existing processes and enjoy challenging established methods to optimize the internal HR strategy, while continuously driving productivity and performance
  • Stay abreast of relevant local and international regulation changes pertaining to the employment matters

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Professional experience in a similar role in a generalist environment, ideally in an international company
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships at all levels
  • Business fluent in English
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR digitalization tools (e.g. SAP, Confluence, Jira).
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of social security and labor law and their application
  • Experience in the analysis of key HR indicators
  • Experience in project and change management
  • Ability to think and act independently in a solution-oriented manner
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and act as a change agent
  • Hands-on mentality to tackle day-to-day issues
  • Working knowledge of French or German is a plus
