We are looking for an IT Project Manager to be responsible for handling our company's expansion related ongoing IT projects. You will be working closely with different IT and business teams to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track, while reporting directly to the Co-Founder and Managing Director Product Development.

• Gathering, analyzing, defining and formalizing business requirements and processes into project / system specifications
• Defining project scope and specifications
• Establishing project plans, resources, budgets and timeframes, and assigning tasks
• Identifying, tracking and communicating progress, milestones, deliverables, risks and issues
• Managing internal project team members and external vendor or/and partners
• Ensuring projects are delivered on budget and on time
• Preparing meeting minutes and status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or IT Project Coordinator / Manager
• Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum)
• A project management certification (eg. PMP, PMI) would be a plus
• Strong problem solving, prioritization and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to adapt at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes
• Determined and decisive personality with fast thinking ability
• Native Hungarian and professional English working proficiency
