Job Description

  • Act as key contact for employees and candidates for HR related questions.
  • Participate in the employees’ onboarding process (including for employees with work permit).
  • Perform all administrative activities related to the HR department: draft employment contracts, addenda, employment certificates, and any other HR documents.
  • Ensure HRIS data and employee files are accurate, clean and up to date.
  • Create relevant HR-related reports and statistics: make sure that HR indicators are always up to date and prepare ad-hoc reporting whenever requested by management and/or relevant stakeholders.
  • Explore new avenues when optimizing existing HR processes and methods.
  • Stay abreast of relevant local and international regulation changes pertaining to employment matters.
  • Act as a trustworthy and proactive partner for managers and employees for all personnel, labor law and HR policy matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Administration or Law is an advantage.
  • 1+ year in a similar role in a generalist, preferably in Luxembourg or any other European countries, ideally in an international company.
  • Fluent in English and French both oral and written (any other European languages is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Knowledge of social security and labor law and their application.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to demonstrate good attention to details, good judgment.
  • Capability to work individually but also as part of a team.
  • Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Rigorous and reliable with a high sense of confidentiality.
  • Hands-on mentality to tackle day-to-day issues.
