Job Description

  • Manage global Finance function of Docler Holding, manage the hiring, performance management and training & development related activities of the teams
  • Develop, implement and monitor effective and harmonized Finance processes Holding-wide
  • Drive all strategy finance aspects such as analyzing financial positions of consolidated financials, evaluation of performances, forecasting and projection of Jasmin consolidated financials, including long term financial business plan, annual Budget, valuations and capital structuring decisions
  • Manage overall strategic forward looking finance areas, oversee existing and to be developed finance functions such as (i.e.): financial planning analysis and analytics, corporate development, treasury / financial risk, and any other (corporate) financial management topic
  • Set-up of required teams and functions to fulfill Docler Holding’s long-term financial strength and soundness
  • Provide analytical support to company’s internal management team, including development of internal management reporting capabilities
  • Oversee finance’s business intelligence to define, automate and validate the extraction of new metrics from various data sources for use in future analysis and reports
  • Cross-departmentally collaborate with stakeholders of the Finance processes, raise awareness and visibility of the Finance department throughout the Holding
  • Develop, improve and implement effective and harmonized finance operations/accounting processes Group-wide
  • Continuously develop, improve, implement and monitor internal controls framework across the Group
  • Ensure detailed checks and controls on how money is spend across the group.
  • Have overall responsibility for the general ledger of the Group entities and ensure compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements and applicable accounting standards, across various jurisdictions
  • Manage external audit processes to ensure smooth planning, process and completion of the stand-alone audits and the Group’s consolidated audits
  • Manage any ad hoc projects and management requests
  • Any other activities assigned by the direct supervisor or the management

Qualifications

  • Experience in finance management roles in multinational company; previous team management experience is a must
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to establish effective cross-departmental relationships
  • Experience with risk identification and systemic risk analysis is preferred
  • Deep understanding of business modelling and data science analytics
  • Advanced financial modelling and corporate finance knowledge
  • Analytical thinking & excellent problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English, any other languages are an asset
  • Good attention to detail, self-starter
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on conflicting priorities, be proactive and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with high level of difficulty
  • Flexible and open-minded
