Job Description

We are seeking an Ecommerce Executive to assist our Ecommerce Manager in the day-to-day operations of our online store. This role involves supporting the Ecommerce Manager in managing our Shopify store and executing ecommerce strategies to increase online sales and revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience in ecommerce operations, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Ecommerce Manager in day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, including product uploads, order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Execute ecommerce strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Monitor and report on ecommerce performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Assist in managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and fulfillment partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to ecommerce and Shopify.
  • Assist in ensuring website content and user experience is optimized to improve website traffic and conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience with Shopify
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams across the organization
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using analytics tools to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development best practices a plus
